Viewing and Editing Lesson Activity Notes

How to add, view, edit, and delete lesson activity notes

1. Log in to the application.
2. Drill down to the activity level and view any lesson activity.
   
3. All lesson activity cards include a teacher instructional guide, which is closed by default. To open the teacher instructional guide, click the Instructional Guide - Closed icon.

4. Click the My Notes tab. Any notes that you have previously saved display. They can be edited by clicking Edit icon.
   
   Note: Editing, saving, and deletion of notes is accomplished in exactly the same way as for the Lesson Brief Overview notes.
5. Click any other icon from the Lesson Activity Map. Then, click the My Notes tab for that lesson activity.
   
   The associated Lesson Activity for that icon displays.
   
6. To add a note to this lesson activity, click the Add Note icon.
   
   In the notes window, you can type, or copy-and-paste, any plain text.
   
   Note: Editing, saving, and deletion of notes is accomplished in exactly the same way as for the Lesson Brief Overview notes.
7. When you have finished typing your note, click Done.
   
   Your note is saved, and the system returns to the teacher operational guide. At this point, your note displays in-line in the My Notes area.
   
8. To close the teacher instructional guide and view the lesson activity card by itself, click the Instructional Guide - Open icon.
   

   The instructional guide and teacher notes are closed, and the lesson activity card once again displays.
