The Requirements Capture Process is the process through which software requirements are captured, developed, and specified for a project within Bayer Diagnostics Group’s Hematology products. Its purpose is to identify each step of the process and to clarify the interfaces between various teams. In defining each step of the Requirements Capture Process with its associated input, activities, responsibilities and output, it provides a framework for control and quality assurance.
