How to use the Eyes Up feature to pause student app usage

Eyes Up allows you to pause app usage for students in your class by replacing each student's app view with an Eyes On Teacher message. You can use Eyes Up at any time during a class session.

Note: Eyes on teacher stays on the students' screens until you turn it off, so be sure to turn "eyes on teacher" off when you are ready for the students to return to application work.

To use Eyes Up:

Start or Join a class session.
The Eyes Up button is disabled unless class is currently in session.
Once class is in session, the Eyes Up button changes to the enabled, but "Off" state. Click the enabled Eyes Up button.

The Eyes Up button changes to the enabled, "On" state.

While in this state, your students see an "eyes on teacher" message and cannot use the app.

Student View
Click the Eyes Up button again to turn Eyes Up off.

The Eyes Up button changes back to the enabled, "Off" state, and each student sees the page he or she was last on before the Eyes Up feature was used.
