Online Live Chat
- Drop us a line the moment you need help by starting a live chat. We’re available Monday through
Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
- To start a live chat, click the Main
Menu icon, then the Live Chat icon.
- The Amplify PreChat Form opens in a new browser tab or window.
- Fill in First Name, Last Name, and
Email Address as appropriate.
- Choose Digital Curriculum Products from the drop-down
list.
- Click Request Chat to initiate a live chat session.
- Outside of live chat operational hours, the Live Chat icon appears greyed out and is unavailable for clicking.
