User Forums

User forums supplement the help system and provide a place to post questions and get personalized answers

To access the user forums, click the Main Menu icon and then the Forums icon to open the user forums.

The user forums open in a new browser tab or window and cover the following types of information:

• Login instructions
• Details for contacting support
• Explanations for the use of the forum features
• Code of Conduct: Community Guidelines and Rules
• How to post a message
• How to edit a profile
• Explanation of notifications
